Zoe Rae Ellsworth was born January 28, 2021 in Salt Lake City, Utah, and passed away peacefully in her parent’s arms May 27, 2021 at home in Mona, Utah.
Zoe spent her short life battling complications from multiple congenital heart defects. She was a true fighter and overcame many obstacles, including nine surgeries and a seventy-one-day hospital stay. Though her time with her family was short, she touched many lives and is loved deeply by so many. She will always be loved and missed – our forever Zoe Sunshine.,
Zoe is blessed with wonderful parents, Spencer & Taylor Ellsworth; a brother, Gus; grandparents: Jared & Jen Lundquist, David Ellsworth and Renae Wilson; and several extended family members.
Come join us for a Celebration of Life for our Zoe Rae at Mona City Cemetery located at 700 E Cemetery Lane, Mona, Utah, on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 3:00 p.m.
