October 4, 2021 at 2:13 pmBill is a good man. I’ve known him as far back as I can remember. One of my favorite people. He was always positive and glad to see you. He & Keith Sorensen home taught my family when I was 10 yrs old or so. They were great! He taught me the example of how that was to be done. My condolences to the family. I look forward to seeing him again someday.

October 7, 2021 at 11:59 pmWe were out of town this week so couldn’t make it to the viewing or the funeral but wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the opportunity of knowing Bill Rust, a very wonderful man. We had the opportunity to serve with him in a BYU single adult ward. Bill had a strong testimony of the gospel and loved sharing it with the youth. He was always enthusiastic and ready to help whenever he could. We express our deepest sympathy to Sister Rust and his family and friends at his passing. And we pray that the great faith and high ideals that he had, and the spirit of God, will strengthen and comfort you and help you keep that bright hope alive of seeing and associating with him again.
