Thomas (Tom) Glen Eatchel of Heber City, Utah passed away unexpectedly on April 23, 2022. Tom was born in July 27, 1977 to Thomas Eatchel and Dianne Eatchel in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Family was very important to Tom. He was the oldest sibling and was a natural leader. He spent many hours mentoring others. Wanting his loved ones to always succeed in life. He was always there and willing to lend a helping hand.

April 29, 2022 at 11:23 pmI met Tom in 2012. He taught me what it meant to be a good home teacher, and we quickly became friends. He would always be willing to teach Elder’s Quorum at a moment’s notice.
I loved walking through the Salt Lake City cemetery with him (I give tours there) where he would tell me about his Dad.
Tom was a great hiker. I hiked Lone Peak and Pfeifferhorn with him.
He was and is a cherished friend and brother.
Much love ❤️

May 1, 2022 at 4:19 amTom and I have been friends for 15 years. He was there for me at times when I was needed a friend. He was willing to listen and share with me his thoughts and opinions. He was always open to getting together or connecting. I will miss our bantering, texts, calls, time together, music and laughter sharing common interests, and chemistry.
Goodbye my friend! Thank you for the memories!

May 10, 2022 at 11:11 pmI worked with Tom. His integrity, knowledge, and dedication throughout his real estate transactions is remarkable. Tom will be missed by our team at Vanguard as we were always excited when he was able to come in and catch up for a bit. Tom was willing to share his time as a kind, helpful, and wise friend on several occasions. We enjoyed a few hikes together and several chatty lunches and phone calls. There was always interesting things to talk about and explore with Tom. I’m grateful for all I learned from him and he will be missed very much.

May 2, 2022 at 6:04 pmThomas,
Was our Realtor and friend in the Single’s Ward. He bent over backwards to help us get our home. He was a true friend. I still have a hard time believing this happened and he is gone. I miss him and love him. Danielle was also our friend with Thomas. My prayers are with both families.
