Teri Lee Lloyd October 29, 1958 - November 17, 2024

In the early hours of November 17, 2024, our beloved Mama Teri Lee Lloyd was called home to heaven. She was born on October 29, 1958, to Grant and Elva Lloyd. She was the mother of three children, Amos, Abe, and Andrea, with whom she shared her love with her first husband, Von Dean Beddoes of Payson. Teri was blessed with 12 grandchildren and recently welcomed the light of a great-grandchild. She was cherished by many nieces and nephews and was considered a godmother to most.

Mama Teri was known as an amazing cook, which allowed her to provide for her family and form many lifelong friendships and was considered a mentor. Her ambitious personality shined through as she ran her own excavation company, Rocky Ridge Inc., and pursue various other roles, including operating heavy equipment and working with troubled youth and the elderly.

Her love for horses began at a young age, racing her dad on foot with her Shetland pony, Shasta, to long rides with her best friend, Gena, and her siblings. She even took a family trip to Oregon to pick up several horses to start her Black Rose Ranch. Teri was able to reconnect with her childhood crush, Donald Hathaway. The love and friendship between them were remarkable; although they had missing chapters, theirs was a true love story in the end.

She is survived by her sons, Amos Beddoes and Abe Beddoes, her daughter, Andrea (Chet) Braithwaite, 12 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by her brothers, Mike (Brandy) Lloyd, Steven (Heather) Lloyd, and Jeromy Lloyd, and her sister, Jessica (Chuck) Norton.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Grant and Elva Lloyd, her grandparents, Alvie and Noreen Thorvaldson, Dennis and Alice Lloyd, and one brother, Brad Lloyd.

Teri was a member of the LDS church with strong beliefs in her faith. There will be a Celebration of Life Sunday November 24, 2024, at the Salem Community Center located at 151 W 300 S Salem Utah from 4-7 pm.
