Tasha Lee Abegglen January 22, 1992 - November 26, 2022

Tasha Lee Abegglen, was born to Neal Jensen and Nancy (Thomas) Cleverley on January 22, 1992 in Idaho Falls, ID.

Tasha passed after a strong battle with an extremely rare leukodystrophy, Alexander Disease. Even through her diagnosis, treatments and difficult moments, Tasha remained the ultimate optimist.

Tasha always saw the best in people. She made everyone feel like her best friend, and she was.  Frequently FaceTiming, messaging and calling her friends and family. Tasha was personable and connected with anyone she spoke with. She shined in any situation or conversation, touching so many lives throughout her life. Anyone that ever met Tasha was better for it. She was encouraging, loving and everyone’s constant cheerleader.

Tasha had two speeds, off or on, both physically and emotionally. She loved her naps, traveling, online “window” shopping, watching shows, movies, playing games, singing in the car, doing nails, hanging out with family and just going for a drive/getting out of the house. Each trip out started or ended with a trip to get a drink. Tasha knew what she liked and stuck to it!

Tasha met her husband, Tyler, through her Sister and brother in law. Their marriage was filled with many excursions, Disney trips, drives, flights, dates, dinners, cuddles and conversations. They celebrated 10 years together in October. The best part of their time together was the surprise blessing of their daughter Sloan who just celebrated her third birthday.

Tasha loved being a mom more than anything. Sloan was her absolute best friend, shopping buddy, photographer, picture partner and constant companion.

She loved activities and showing her mini me all about life. Sloan loves her mommy to the moon and we know how blessed “little” is to have such a great love. Sloan emulates Tasha in every aspect of her personality and life.

Tasha’s bright and loving personality will be greatly missed. There is no one else like her. The void left behind will never be filled.

Tasha is survived by husband and daughter, Tyler and Sloan, her parents, Nancy (Adam) and Neal, her sister Lauryn (Michael), step siblings, Kade (Jena), Nicole (Corbin), Jace and Ally. Tasha loved her extended family, from her grandparents (Simmons and Jensen) to uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins and in laws. Tasha loved everyone.
