Natalie Case Livestream Broadcast

On February 27, 2026, at 1:45 pm, Natalie Lynn Case peacefully returned to the loving and waiting arms of our heavenly father, surrounded by her loving family at the age of 37 years old.

Natalie was born on April 16, 1988, to Lois Meyer. Two years later, she was adopted by her father, Michael William Frantz.

Natalie had a very good work ethic instilled in her by her mother and grandmother as she started to work in the family lineage of kitchen staff at Dukes Lanes in Spanish Fork, UT. She started helping her grandma, Thelma Meyer, and her mom, Lois, when she was just 12 years old. She was always willing to help them clean up when the customers were finished eating. It was through the work ethic that drove her to go looking for another job when she was 17, and she started working at Miracle Bowl in Orem, UT, which is where she met her Husband, Christopher George Case. After Natalie and Christopher started dating, they quickly fell in love and became high school sweethearts, even though Chris was a year older, and they never went to school together. Chris motivated Natalie to complete high school, and she graduated with the class of 2006 from Spanish Fork High School. Natalie worked various jobs throughout her life, but she eventually found her career with Revere Health in their billing department, working with insurance payment posting.

In April of 2016, Natalie received her first cancer diagnosis. She fought until the day she passed away, but she refused to let cancer define her. She always maintained the motivation to keep enjoying her hobbies, which were being her kids’ #1 fans, though at all their sporting events, and bowling with her family. Natalie and Chris bowled in a league once a week for about 20 years. As time went on and she became weaker from all the cancer treatments, she picked up the hobby of diamond paintings and color-by-numbers due to the relatively low impact that her body could have.

In 2025, Natalie’s health took a drastic turn when she had a bilateral pulmonary embolism. In April, she was able to recover enough to go on the surprise cruise that she planned for her husband to Alaska, where, for the first time in a while, we got to see true joy on her face. She always put on a brave mask when she was around family and friends, but when we were alone, and she was vulnerable, I saw what it was truly doing to her.

Natalie is survived by her loving husband Christopher Case, parents Michael (Debbie) Frantz, George Case, Sandra Lea, children Cayla Jo Case, Westyn Ray Case, Oaklynn Eileen Case, brothers Travis (Amy) Frantz, Christopher (Jessi) Frantz, sister Heather (Dallin) Fausett, Brother-in-law Dustin (Jessica) Case, Kayden (Maddy) Sampson, Brennon Bngham, Sister-in-law Brittany Frantz, Sheridan Case. Also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Natalie was preceded in death by her son Jayden Christopher Case, mother Lois, Bill Anderson, and brother James Scott Frantz.

There will be a viewing on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the LDS Chapel, 750 S 1750 E in Spanish Fork, UT.
