Myrna Rose Chapman Graff was born September 10, 1941 in Los Angeles, California to Benjamin Leroy Chapman and Myrtle Rose Jensen Chapman.
Myrna graduated from Ganesha High School in 1959. Then attended Mt Sac Community College.
In 1961 she married Richard Jack Graff in the Los Angeles Temple.
She is survived by her children: Jeffrey Graff (Dana) of Mission Viejo, CA; Jillanne Graff McGary (Robert) of Spanish Fork, UT; Dennis Graff (Christine) of Lacey WA; Alison Graff Bendixen (Paul) Ormond Beach, FL; Kristen Graff Joyner Canton (Lance) Taylorsville, UT; Scott Graff (Bethany) West Jordan, UT; Mark Graff (Maren) Cedar City, UT; her Sister Linda Chapman Denning (Steve) of AZ and Sister-in-law Laurie Chapman of North Carolina
She is the Nana to 32 Grandchildren and 34 Great Grandchildren.
Myrna is a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She grew up in Hawthrone and Pomona CA. Her and Dick lived in Pomona, La Verne, Santa Maria, Quartz Hill, and Lancaster Ca, and Salem UT.
In addition to raising a large, busy family, she served in the Primary Presidency, Ward and Stake Young Women’s President, Ward and Stake Relief Society President, early morning Seminary teacher and Her Favorite calling was Gospel Doctrine teacher in 4 different wards.
After Dick retired they served a 2-year mission to Guatemala with the Perpetual Education Fund in Central America. After moving to Utah, they served in the Bishop Store House, Provo, and Payson Temples and the MTC as Service Missionaries.
Myrna is preceded in death by her eternal sweetheart Richard Graff, Her parents Ben and Rose Chapman, Her Brother Merrill Chapman, Son-in-law Joshua Joyner, Grand Daughter Bailey Joyner and Great Grand Daughters Madelyn Merkley and Violet Johanson.
A viewing will be held Saturday morning October 4, 2025 from 9:45 -10:45 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints 870 East Canyon Road, Spanish Fork 84660, followed by the funeral services at 11:00am in the chapel. Interment will be at the Salem City Cemetery.
The family would like to thank Orchard View Assisted Living for loving and taking care of their mom for 18 months.
