Michael Todd Hall was born in Payson, Utah on March 26, 1968 to Merilee and Kent Donald Hall. He grew up in Spanish Fork, Utah.
Todd loved to fish and camp, which he did throughout his life with friends and family. He was known by many for his strong work ethic and skills in working with his hands.
As some would describe him; a social butterfly, Todd met and built friendships with many people. He did so with ease, with a charming personality and great sense of humor.
Todd is survived by his 5 children: Ashley, Brooke, Marty, Shayne, and Jacoby; and brothers: Brett, Brad and Chance. Todd was preceded in death by his father, Kent Hall; and mother, Merilee; and daughter, Hailey.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
