March 14, 2025 at 5:23 pmOur thoughts and prayers are with the Sorensen family during this time. My memories of Mike are all positive, every one of them. I remember Mike as a young, blonde headed kid in Junior and High School, usually being picked on by Randy 😀 but always eager to be part of the group.
I remember he was very fit (like all the family), a great wrestler, but more than that he was just extremely nice, very humble, always happy and smiling, and hard working. I remember when he started helping Wayne with the landscaping and sprinkler work, and the time we spent in the basement making (ok, for me it was mostly eating) delicious doughnuts to take to school. I’m sure his family looks forward with great faith and anticipation to being reunited with this amazing man.

Just heard about Mikey’s passing! I am so sad for you all. He sure was a fun and friendly guy in school. I was 2 years younger than him ( Kenny’s age) but he was my sister’s age. He was always kind to me and acknowledged me when talking with my sister. I ran cross country and loved having his dad as my coach. Much love to you all and hope you can find comfort through this rough patch.
