Michael Brent Olsen September 25, 1951 - October 10, 2024

Michael Brent Olsen passed away on October 10, 2024. In Spanish Fork Utah, at the age of 73.

Mike Grew up in Kerns, Utah. He attended Kerns Highschool where he was a member of the swim team. He loved to play Bass Guitar with his band Intense Country Band, and The Country Steelers band until he was unable to play. He always had a love for animals including having and caring for multiple species of birds in the back yard. He always had pet dogs, most recently Abby and Sadie. Mike Loved to hunt and featured twice in the local newspapers for shooting a Cactus Deer in southern Utah, and a Doe that was a 2-point Deer.

He loved working as a baker making wedding cakes, and birthday cakes for loved ones. He worked for several different Wearhouse companies ranging from Logan to Payson. He always worked with wood making shelves, butterfly boxes, stools, anything he put his mind to.

Mike is survived by his wife Wanda Olsen, and Kids daughter Jina Anderson, daughter Jenni (Mark) Thompson, daughter Cori (Shane) Hanks, Son Tim Olsen. 7 Grandkids, and 4 great grandkids; as well as his sister Pat (Layne) Woolsey.  Preceded in death by his Parents (Thelma & Max Olsen), and 2 brothers (Butch Olsen, Kenny Olsen).

Friends and family are invited to a celebration of life on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 380 North Main Street, Spanish Fork, UT 84660.  From 11:00am to 3:00pm.

A special thanks to all the wonderful people who cared for Mike with Hospice, Huntsman Hospital, and all other medical people for the tender care and kindness in his final years.
