Michael (“Mike”) Bernard Williams born June 21, 1941 left this world to go fishing in heaven on November 16, 2021.
Born to Max Williams and Jessie LeDuc, Mike spent most of his childhood fishing Utah Lake and pulling pranks on his two beloved sisters, Jane Ann and Sandra Lou. He graduated from Provo High School and played the tuba in the band; he loved music through all of his life and if he wasn’t listening to it, he was singing it or yodeling to all of his visitors.
Mike married Yvonne Christensen and had two daughters Rebecca Jane and Angela Lou. Although he and Yvonne later divorced, they remained good friends throughout the years.
In a second marriage to Loretta Brunson, Mike gained 3 sons and their families. Even when they separated many years later, he continued to love and think about the kids.
Mike loved life joyfully. He cherished time with family the most and especially time with his grandchildren. He was the best fisher, rock polisher, picture taker, and “unique” sandwich maker that has left us all with so many memories and laughs to last a lifetime. He taught us how to genuinely care about others’ stories and what it means to make friends your family.
Thank you for the heartwarming and tender care from everyone at Rocky Mountain Care- The Lodge in Heber and for all those that made his last year more comfortable, fun, and loved for him.
We already miss his laugh and can’t wait until the next hug and fishing trip. xoxo

November 19, 2021 at 4:01 amMike was always so kind and friendly! I loved going on deliveries to his house. He always remembered my name and often times called me Angie! He always made sure to tip you a $2 dollar bill. He had the best laugh. What great memories you have to remember him by. May his memories live on! Rest easy Mike!
