Marilyn Lee Fish Kesler December 31, 1938 - November 6, 2021

Marilyn Lee Fish Kesler passed away peacefully on November 6, 2021, with her family by her side. Marilyn was born on December 31, 1938, in Columbus Ohio to Jennings Fish and Evelyn Pierce.

Marilyn had 9 brothers & sisters. The family moved to Michigan for a time during WWII and then back to Ohio. In 1949 the family moved to Arizona. While in Arizona Marilyn and her family were truly converted and were baptized members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

Marilyn loved acting and singing in plays. She graduated from Glendale High School in 1957. After graduating she left Arizona to attend Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where she met the love of her life, Fred Clark Kesler. They were married on June 20, 1958, in the Mesa, Arizona Temple. Fred & Marilyn spent 26 years in Blackfoot Idaho and then 7 years in Camarillo, California before moving to Spanish Fork, Utah where they spent the remainder of their lives.

Marilyn had a love for cooking and baking. She liked to have her table always set and ready for the next holiday or family dinner. She was also an excellent quilter and loved to make quilts for her family and share her talent by teaching others. While living in Blackfoot Idaho she was very active in the community and helped with many political campaigns.

Marilyn taught Seminary while living in Camarillo and loved to serve others in many other Church callings throughout the years, which included a mission to Philadelphia with her husband.

The most important thing to Marilyn was the Gospel of Jesus Christ and her family. She greatly missed her dear husband and was looking forward to the day they would be reunited.

Marilyn is survived by her six children: Chris (Ann), Kevin (Diane), Fred (Cozette), Kelly (Kirk), Caroline (Tracy), and Clark (Shanna). At the time of her passing she had 30 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her dear Husband Fred, her son Kent, Parents, Jennings & Evelyn, Brothers Merlin and Markum, and Sister Shirley Ann.
