Louise Parker, age 69, passed away peacefully May 20, 2023, in Springville, Utah. She was born June 24, 1953, in Spanish Fork, Utah.
Louise is the beloved daughter of Norman Lee Parker and Beth Zabriskie Parker, who preceded her in death. She is the middle child of seven siblings including Joan Parker Rawle, Susan Parker Childs, Gayle Parker Bradford (Doug), Dale Earl Parker (Martina), Kimber Lee Parker Atack (Dallen), and Mary Ann Parker Nelson (Stuart). Louise has many nieces and nephews and dear friends who will surely miss her. Her smile and individual welcoming manner made everyone feel loved and happy to be around her.
Louise lived in Springville, Utah, most of her life where she graduated from Springville High School. She lived in Orem, Utah for several years while she attended Utah Valley Community College and worked at Signetics. She also worked for Sam’s Club, Sears Telecatalog, Little Caesars, Nestle, and Stouffers.
Finding much joy and happiness even amid adversity, Louise cherished her relationship with her Heavenly Father and her membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Louise found much joy in loving service of her elderly parents. She loved art, crafts, reading, music, movies, fashion, good food, and getting out for long walks. She had a special place in her heart for animals and gave her pets lots of affection and spoiled them with treats. Even stuffed animals brought a big smile to her face.
A memorial service and viewing will be Thursday, May 25, 2023, viewing at 9:45 to 10:45 and services at 11:00 A.M., at the Walker Funeral Home in Spanish Fork, Utah. Interment will be at the Provo City Cemetery. Online condolences website is walkermemorials.com.
