Louise Judd Peterson passed away May 24, 2019 peacefully in the Timpanogos Hospital in Orem, Utah surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She was born January 3, 1938 in Ogden, UT to Glen Herschel and Miriam Peterson Judd.
She married Lynn Marley Peterson on Jun 30, 1961 in the Los Angeles, CA Temple and bore him four precious children: Jeffrey Glen, Julie Esther, John Franklin & Jennifer Lynn.
Louise was a wonderful singer, teacher and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend – all while owning and managing Gazin’s fine clothing store. She was a dedicated disciple of Christ, serving many people in different capacities in the LDS Church. She sang with several choirs and was often the featured soloist many performances.
She is survived by her 4 children, 16 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren who will miss her deeply and will be forever grateful for her example of love, kindness and Christ like attributes.
A viewing will be held at Walker Mortuary at 187 S. Main, Spanish Fork, UT on Friday, May 31 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A brief final viewing will be held on Saturday, June 1 from 9:00 AM to 9:45 with Memorial services at 10:00-11:30 am at 1167 S 1700 E, Spanish Fork, Utah. A grave side service will be held at 3:00 PM at the Leavitt’s Mortuary Aultorest Memorial Park, 836 36th Street, Ogden, UT 84403.
