With deepest sorrow, we announce that Kevin James Wing (AKA Wingman) age 33 passed away suddenly on Friday November 20,2020 in his home in Springville from health conditions he had been dealing with for the past few months. He was a beloved husband, son, brother, uncle and friend to many.
Kevin was born October 14,1987 in Payson, UT. Kevin loved baseball, hunting, fishing and being in the mountains.. He married the love of his life Jeanne Folaumoeloa on May 17, 2008 and they were later sealed in the St. George temple.
Those who knew Kevin, even just a little, knew he had a passion for politics, family, and cooking. He was ever the optimist and strove for what he believed in. He ran for Mayor of Provo in 2017, running on the unique platform of bringing a rodeo program to Provo High. He also helped with many other political campaigns.
He centered his life around his family. Every Christmas he would grow out an impressive beard, which he then would dye white, and dressed in a professionally made Santa suit. He would play jolly St. Nick for ward and family parties. Family members would always look for his amazing bread rolls at any family function. He was never short of a tale or two, whether they were short or tall. He was an amazing uncle to his multiple nieces and nephews and was a loving and attentive husband to his beloved wife Jeanne.
Kevin and Jeanne had many adventures. Kevin loved and always looked to share many experiences with Jeanne. There was never a dull moment with Kevin. He was full of life.
Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents. and two siblings Branda and Michelle. He will be missed everyday by his wife Jeanne, His parents Michael and Dorene Wing, his siblings Bryce, Alysha and Natalie, grandmother Shaunna Mitchell and many in-laws and nieces and nephews.
