Keith Noal Barnett June 4, 1943 - July 25, 2023

Keith Noal Barnett, 80, passed away on July 25, 2023. Keith was born June 4, 1943, in Payson Utah to Noal (Bud) and Nevada Barnett, and was the youngest of three children.

Keith married his sweetheart Darlynn Radmall from Pleasant Grove on December 9, 1964. They had four children that were the loves of their lives.

Keith is survived by his wife Darylynn; children: Debi Nocerino of Payson, Mary Ann Eller of Arizona, Brian Barnett of Vernal, and Blake Barnett of California; and 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren with one on the way. He is also survived by his older sister Frances VanNosdol. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Ronald Wiley Barnett.

Keith graduated from Payson High School. Keith retired from Keigley Quarry after 22 years. He then owned his own locksmithing and jewelry business in Payson for over 30 years.

He loved to serve others and was very active in the church and community that he loved. He served as Bishop of the Payson Eighth Ward from 1981 to 1986. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to spend time with family and friends. Keith’s many interests included mechanics, rocks, gems and minerals, and a little bit of everything. He loved to share his passions with others and was a great teacher and mentor.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 28, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Mountain View First Ward Chapel, located at 1138 East 100 South, Payson, Utah. Visitation will be prior from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the church.
