Kathaleene Jacobson peacefully passed away April 8, 2023, in Payson, Utah.
Kathaleene was born in Richfield, Utah on September 6, 1949, to Reed and LaRue Smith Jensen. She was raised in Santaquin along with her three siblings and graduated from Payson High School. One year, she was the third attendant to Miss Santaquin.
Over the years, Kathaleene was employed at Nestle, Finger Hut, Geneva Steel, with her favorite job being interior design.
She was gifted artistically and enjoyed porcelain doll making and flower arranging. She also liked to spend time in the garden and horseback riding.
Kathaleen was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
She is survived by her sons Brett (Shareen) Johnson of Orem, Utah and Brandon Johnson of Santaquin, Utah; grandchildren, Alex Bailey, and Maddie; one great-grandchild, Evylyn; siblings, Sandy (Scott) Callister of Henderson, Nevada and Russell Jensen of Fountain Green, Utah. Kathaleene was preceded in death by her parents, brother Steven Jensen, and sister-in-law Marie Jensen.
There are no public services scheduled. In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates donations in Kathaleene’s honor. Contributions can be made by calling Walker Funeral Home at 801-465-3846.
