On Friday, December 11, 2020, Julie Charmane Rothwell, beloved mother of two children, passed away at age of 54. Julie was born on January 31, 1966, in Payson, Utah, to Robert and Deanna Lynn Barney Rothwell.
Julie has two daughters, Whitney (33) who resides in Loveland, Colorado; and Crystal (29) who resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Julie was a passionate, loving person who wore her heart on her sleeve. She was always concerned for others’ well being and loved others fiercely. Her daughters were what she loved most in life. Nothing could compare to the unconditional and ongoing love that she had for her daughters.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert; and her sister, Jodie. She is survived by her daughters: Whitney Fraughton and Crystal Fraughton; her mother, Deanna Rothwell; her siblings, Shane (Wencke) Rothwell, Shaun Rothwell, Jared (Zaida) Rothwell, Jason (Sarah) Rothwell, Jamie (Jordan) Nielsen; twenty-two nieces and nephews, and Amando Carrillo.
A brief visitation will be Thursday, December 17, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. followed by a memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660. 
Interment will be at Payson City Cemetery.
