Jordon Pete Spencer March 14, 2000 - November 4, 2023

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved brother and son Jordon Pete Spencer. Born March 14, 2000, in Payson, Utah.

Throughout his life, Jordon carried with him a kindness rarely found. His warmhearted spirit was contagious and anyone lucky enough to know him can attest to the joy and the feelings of love that he could bring into your life. Jordon was a man of simple means and loved his family, life, and friends without asking for much in return. He belonged to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and trusted in his Heavenly Father and exemplified Christ-like love.

Jordon pursued many passions in his life. He was always interested in how technology worked and could be found taking things apart just to put them back together. He took that interest and in the past few years has become a skilled electrician and was currently pursuing his journeyman. Outside of work, he enjoyed playing video games with his friends. He loved the outdoors and spent most of his free weekends camping, fishing, or hunting. Most of all he loved spending time with family. Jordon was his nieces and nephew’s favorite uncle and a light that will be truly missed by all.

Jordon is survived by his parents J and Angela Spencer; sisters Amanda (Jeremy) Arnold, Alisha (Alan) Scherbel, and Andria Spencer (Mason Johnson); brother, Jace (Kaitlin) Spencer; His grandparents Lynn and Jeneal Peterson and Joe and Nona Spencer.

Jordon passed alongside his brother Jarid Spencer, and they left behind mountains of great memories, endless love, and families who have been blessed by their lives. Jordon is irreplaceable and will be missed deeply. We love you, Jordon.

Lastly, we wanted to give our sincerest appreciation to the first responders, life flight crews, sheriff’s department, and hospital staff who aided our family in this time of crisis. Similarly, we wanted to give thanks to the families and friends who have provided unending support to us during this time.

Visitation for Jordon and Jarid will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Friday, November 10, 2023, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 586 West 1750 South in Payson, Utah.

Jordon and I first met when we were 12. From day 1 I knew he was special and was going to be in my life for as long as possible. Over the course of 6 years we spent nearly every day together. Jordon was a genuine soul who never had a drop of anger in his blood. He was always so happy, full of life, and seriously the greatest friend I could’ve ever asked for.

My condolences to the Spencer family, thank you for raising such an amazing friend. And thank you for letting me be part of your family and home.

I love you Jorge, I can’t wait until the day we meet again and can play some 21!

You were there for me through one of the most difficult times of my life. I will always be grateful for all the many good times we had. You always had a “happy go lucky” attitude. You saw the good in everyone. You were so selfless, and sweet. You never said no to an adventure.
My biggest condolence’s to his family. I have so many things to say, but am at a loss for words.

Jordan was Top notch student at MTEC in my 3-B electrical apprenticeship class. I enjoyed his politeness and quiet demeanor in the classroom. He has a bright mind and a natural ability to learn and apply his knowledge and skill competently. He was friendly and accepting of his classmates and will sorely be missed at school.

Jordan was an amazing homie. He and I played flag football when we were younger and went to school with him sadly I moved away to Florida but when I moved back recently we got together with some friends and had a blast. He was such a down to earth person and always made us laugh. Wish we had hung out more times recently. He will be missed an amazing person.
