Jordon Jerald Cox passed away at his home on Saturday, April 18, 2026, in Spanish Fork, Utah.
Jordon was born on August 28, 2000, in Payson, Utah, to Scott Cox and Holly Kinkaid. He grew up in Spanish Fork, Payson, and Salt Lake City, attending school in each of those communities.
He married the love of his life, Mariah Nevarez Cox, of Spanish Fork. Together, they dreamed of becoming parents one day, a hope they held close to their hearts. Their home was filled with love for their three dogs—Stormus, Rainbow, and Hunny Bears—who were truly part of their family.
Jordon worked as a framer and took great pride in building things with his hands. He had a natural instinct to step up for others and was a fiercely protective, loving big brother. His heart was generous without limit; he consistently put others before himself. Strong yet humble, kind yet full of humor, he had a gift for making people laugh no matter the circumstance.
A talented soul, Jordon played guitar, wrote songs, skateboarded, tattooed, and crafted the funniest stories. He was truly one of a kind. He loved being outdoors and found peace at “Dripping Rock,” a place where he could clear his mind. He cherished fishing with his dad and, in his younger years, camping. Animals held a special place in his heart, and he adored his pets.
Jordon was loved deeply by all who knew him. He enjoyed his Pabst Blue Ribbon and was always looking for a “drinkin’ partner,” eager to prove he could outdrink anyone. Beneath the humor and bravado, he remained a gentle, tender soul. In his own unforgettable words: “You’re such a good F@#ing guy.”*
He is survived by his wife, Mariah Cox; his mother and stepfather, Holly and Raymond; his father and stepmother, Scott and Ashley; and his siblings Jude (Cameron), Skylar, Alexis, Jenna, Izreal, and Izaak. He is also survived by his in laws Letty and Eliseo, Christian, Amado and Aliya, Kevin and Lisa, Angel, and Sebastian; his nieces Juniper, Raven, Nova, Madison, and Elliana; his nephew Sayd; his aunts and uncles Melanie, Becky and Dillon, Michael and Jamie; his cousins Riley and Ashley, Kade, Gauge, John, Savanna, Emma, Tyler, and Jackson; and his grandparents Danny and Rosemarie Cox, Vicki Cunningham, and Merle Muncy.
A viewing will be held on Friday, April 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery, 420 South 400 East. A luncheon will be held immediately afterward at the Spanish Fork River Park on Highway 6 (Pavilion B) in Spanish Fork Canyon.

April 21, 2026 at 7:03 pmDuring this unimaginable time of grief, please know that our hearts ache for you Scott & Holly, and for his sisters Jada/Jude, Skylar, Alexis, Jenna, & Jordon’s dear wife Mariah.
Please know that even though Jordon is gone from our sight he will never be gone from our hearts.
We can’t imagine how hard this is for all of you. We’re thinking of you all day, everyday and we’re here when you’re ready to talk.
We,ve been recalling some of the cute mischievous thingsJordon did & said when he just a little boy.
One time when Grandpa Danny & I were babysitting him with Jada/Jude & Skylar. He couldn’t have been much older than 5 yrs old. As soon as you both walked out the door in Spanish Fork. He grabbed a kitchen chair, slid it over to the counter & got up on it. Started dancing with the biggest cutest smile & screamed out “Let the party begin!!!” Another time at our house in Orem, he got into Grandpa’s coin bottle. He was maybe around 3 yrs old & had the cutest little jean carpenter overalls on. He stuffed every pocket there was to the brim. He came walking out like Hermon monster cause he could hardly walk because of the heavy coin load…He looked up at me with the biggest mischievous grin and said; “Look Grandma, I’m rich!!!!!”
May your happy memories give you peace and comfort during this challenging time. We look forward to seeing you again Jordon & we know you are alive in God’s memory. He loves & misses you just like all of us do.
With Love Always Grandpa Danny & Grandma Rosie

April 22, 2026 at 2:53 amToday we gather with heavy hearts to remember my nephew, taken from us at just 25 years old.
Twenty-five… it’s barely the beginning of a life. There was still so much ahead of him—so many experiences he hadn’t yet had, so many dreams still waiting, so much life left to live. It’s hard to make sense of a loss that feels so unfinished, so unfair.
He didn’t have enough time. Not enough time to fully see what life could become, and not enough time for all of us to show him just how much he truly meant to us.
But even in those 25 years, he gave us something real.
I can still see him as that funny, mischievous little boy—full of energy, keeping everyone on their toes. I remember him as the ring bearer, bringing his own spark to the moment, making people smile without even trying. That spirit, that personality… it never really left him.
Those are the memories that stay.
He may not have had a lifetime, but he had impact. He had love. He had a presence that mattered—and still does.
We’ll always wish for more time. That ache doesn’t go away. But neither does what he gave us.
So we hold onto the laughter, the moments, the memories. We carry forward the love he left behind.
You will forever be remembered—not just for the years you didn’t get, but for the joy, the light, and the mark you made in the time you were here.
And you will always be with us… in our hearts, in our memories, and in the stories we will continue to tell.

July 29, 2026 at 10:19 pmMy sweetest love, my honeh bunz, my stinky, my soulmate. I hope wherever you are you can read this or atleast feel my heart and how much love I have for you while writing this. You’ve been so good to me and although we’ve gone through a lot, we always found our way back to eachother, forgive eachother and accept eachother the way we are.. I know it was never easy for you, you carried so much and even though I listened and gave you all my loves and mubs I could tell you were just tired of it all.. the pain, the thoughts, your mental health and the weight of feeling you were always and will always be alone. Im sorry for the times I treated you badly, said things I don’t mean.. im forever grateful we always came out the other end stronger and willing to show eachother that our actions spoke louder than our words. You’ll always be my inspiration even though you left this physical world. I know you’re happy. Youre at peace finally. It shatters my entire soul and makes me feel empty inside but, this was your only way out of the misery you felt and hid from everyone else.. I love you today and forever. I cant wait to see you again, feel you, kiss you, and love you and this time be better. Give you everything you ever need. Wait for me honeh.. ill be there soon
