Jill Woodhouse Hammon, our sweet mother, wife, sister, daughter and friend left us too early on the morning of Saturday, June 20, 2020. Jill was born to Thomas Boyd Woodhouse and Judy Finch Woodhouse on June 13, 1967. She was the second of four children. Jill was known to all as a loving friend with the biggest and purest of hearts. One could not find a warmer hug or a better listening ear. Her laugh was infectious, and her smile brightened every room and person she came into contact with.
The light of Jill’s life was her daughter, Megan Mary Woodhouse. Megan and her mom had a special bond that kept them close as a mother and daughter can be. On March 14, 2014, Jill married the love of her life, Russell Hammon. Jill and Russ spent countless hours together, working at Nature’s Sunshine and living in Spanish Fork. They enjoyed outdoor adventures and making each other laugh.
Jill attended Spanish Fork City schools, graduating with Spanish Fork High School’s class of 1986. She is a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Jill was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Gary Hammon. She is survived by her daughter Megan Mary Woodhouse; husband, Russell Hammon; parents, Thomas and Judy Woodhouse; sister, Anne W Jex (Brady); brother, David Woodhouse (Sherilyn), all of Spanish Fork, Utah; her brother, Ben Woodhouse (Gary) of Sarasota, Florida; and mother-in-law, Lila H Hammon (Robert V Johnson) of Salem, Utah.
A graveside service for Jill will be held, for family and friends, at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at 1 pm. All who are able are welcome to attend to honor the life of Jill.

June 21, 2020 at 1:55 amGrowing up, Jill was always quiet and shy. Each time I have come back to Spanish Fork to visit and she was present, I always felt comfortable around her, she was always genuine, and I felt a caring feeling from her and she would often have a soft spoken, kind word to offer. Sad that she has left so early. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Wishing for comfort and peace for all. -Rick

June 23, 2020 at 3:21 amI have not seen or talked with Jill since the last day of high school in 1986, but I did spend time with her that day (have the pics to prove it). We became facebook friends some years ago, and was so happy to see she had found the love of her life, and that she had raised a beautiful, loving daughter. Recently, I was in Spanish Fork and learned of her passing through Facebook in my travels back to Oregon where I live. I remember fun times with Jill at school and weekend sleep overs. I remember her from a very early age, as we were pals in elementary school. A very distinct memory was when she had eye surgery and was out of school for awhile. I’m so sorry she is gone. I pray that all who were close to Jill be comforted by God’s peace and love.
