Jennifer S. Green, 64, of Spanish Fork, Utah, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday June 27, 2021, in the arms of her loving husband.
Jennifer was born March 8, 1957, in Payson, Utah, to Dorothy Mae Gull Smith and T. Leon Smith. She attended schools in Spanish Fork, and was a graduate of Spanish Fork High School, Class of 1975. She later attended Hollywood Beauty Academy in Provo, Utah, where she earned a degree in Cosmetology.
She married the love of her life and high school sweetheart, Bob A. Green, on October 4, 1976, in Provo Utah. Together, they had two children, and made their home in Spanish Fork.
Jennifer started her career in cosmetology in 1977, later opening her own beauty shop in her home in 1987, where she continued to do hair for over 30 years.
Jennifer had the amazing gift of gab; there was never a dull moment in her beauty shop, especially on Fridays when the rowdy bunch came in. Jennifer lived her life to the fullest that she possibly could, and she enjoyed talking to anyone that she was blessed to come in contact with. She easily acquired friends wherever she went. She also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time at the family property in Indianola.
Mom was always there for every baseball game, wrestling match, and never missed a rodeo. Her children know that they were beyond blessed to have Jennifer as a mother. They could not have wanted for more. Her family could always count on her watching or quoting The Golden Girls TV show. She adored and lived for her three amazing grandkids: Kenzi, Hadli and Kaysen.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Bob; children: Jake (Hope), of Santaquin; and Kaylee (Tyler) Kinsey, of Spanish Fork; and her three much-loved grandchildren. Also survived by her father, T. Leon Smith, of Spanish Fork; and her brother, Jeff (Lynda) Smith, of Mona. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Mae Gull Smith; as well as her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and LaRue Green.
The family will hold a celebration of life for Jennifer, at a later date.

June 30, 2021 at 4:19 amI have such warm, fun memories of Jennifer. Growing up we spent lots of time camping and playing on family outings. Jennifer always had a smile and such an infectious laugh. As we got older we didn’t see each other often but every single time I did I was greeted like no time had passed and still found that same infectious laugh and warm friendship. She is my cousin, my friend and she’ll be missed

July 2, 2021 at 6:06 amSteve and I were so sad to hear the news that Jennifer had passed. She lived the American dream. A small town girl that married her high school sweetheart. Together they raised 2 fabulous children and welcomed and loved extended family and especially the 3 rascals Kenzi, Hadli and Kaysen. I loved the sparkle that Jennifer always had in her eye. I loved my interactions with her. She made me feel welcome and wanted. We will miss everything about her and do our best to look after those left behind. I know death is not the end.
