Jeanie Johnson Livestream Broadcast

Jeanie Kay Johnson, of Spanish Fork, Utah, passed away on Monday, January 19, 2026.

Jeanie was born in Mount Pleasant, Utah, and raised in Milburn, Utah, as the youngest of seven siblings. From a young age, she learned the value of hard work and responsibility by helping her mother in the kitchen and assisting with daily life on her family’s farm. These early years shaped her nurturing nature, quiet strength, and deep sense of responsibility to those she loved, qualities that defined her throughout her life.

On April 16, 1988, Jeanie married her high school sweetheart, Rydell Johnson. Having known one another since they were young, they built a life together rooted in familiarity, trust, and unwavering devotion. In 1993, they moved to Spanish Fork, Utah, where they raised their three children and created a home centered on love and commitment. They spent nearly their entire lives side by side, their bond deepened by all they endured together and defined by loyalty, perseverance, and a quiet strength that carried them through life’s greatest challenges. Through both joy and hardship, they remained steadfast partners, always choosing one another.

Jeanie’s world revolved around her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved with her whole heart and gave selflessly of herself in everything she did. Much of her love was expressed through sacrifice, showing up time and again for others without ever asking for recognition. She found joy in the simple, meaningful moments, hosting family dinners and barbecues that brought everyone together, creating traditions, laughter, and memories that will be cherished for generations. She rarely missed her grandsons’ sporting events and treasured the special time she spent with her granddaughter.

Above all else, Jeanie made those around her feel cared for, supported, and unconditionally loved. If you were lucky enough to be loved by Jeanie, you knew you were never going to get away without being cared for.

Jeanie is survived by her husband, Rydell Johnson; her children, Ashley (Kevin) Brickson, Justin Johnson, and Lakin Johnson; and her grandchildren, Treyton Johnson, Ledger Johnson, and Rylie Brickson. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Geraldine Daley.

Jeanie was an outstanding wife and mother. Her children could always count on her steady presence, guidance, and unconditional love, and she remained married to her high school sweetheart until the day she passed. Her life was marked not only by love and joy, but by resilience, sacrifice, and an unwavering devotion to family. Her legacy will continue to live on through the lives she shaped, the family she nurtured, and the many hearts she quietly and faithfully carried along the way.
