It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gregory Alan Kramer. He passed away on March 31st, 2023 at the age of 59.
Greg was born on May 3rd, 1963 in Provo, Utah to John Delbert and Marilyn Burraston Kramer. The youngest of five children. Greg grew up in Spanish Fork Utah, attended schools there, graduating from Spanish Fork High School. He also attended Dixie State College.
He served a mission for the church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints in Birmingham, Alabama. He has since served faithfully in his ward, currently as first counselor in the Bishopric.
He met and married Stephanie Jo Maestas on September 1st, 1989. Together they raised four children. Kylie (Hadley) Thorpe, Brooke (Tye) Foster , Jordan (Aaron) Gray, and Dylan (Carley) Kramer. They gave him eight loving grandchildren with twin boys on the way.
He was a loving father, brother and uncle, who always put his family first. He was actively involved in his children’s lives, attending their school events, cheering them on at sporting competitions, and supporting their hobbies and interests.
He was hardworking and diligent at providing for his family and worked at WestRock for 35 years. In his free time, he enjoyed tinkering in the yard, keeping a nice lawn and side-by-side rides with his wife and friends. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and always looked forward to seeing them. Especially snuggling up and taking naps with them.
