   We are so sorry about Marty passing away. We at the Class of 1966 at Westwood High School, where we graduated with you, salute you! You will be missed!!!

   Went to high school with your him at Westwood in Mesa graduated together he was such a soft spoken guy will always remember him.

   Marty was such a kind, kind man. The summer after my dad died, I moved in with my mom for a few months. Marty lived a couple streets away from her, and he was so friendly toward my husband and I. We’d often see him on his front porch and stop to chat for a few minutes. After I moved to Nebraska he drove my mom to come visit me. He was on his way to visit family in Iowa. He dropped her off on the way there and picked her up on the way back.

   He will be dearly missed. Sending love and prayers to his family.

   I’m sad to hear of Marty’s passing. We had lost touch several years ago, but I will always remember him as being kind and caring. We met him when my husband started working for Rocky Mountain Helicopter. While at RMH, my husband joined the National Guard and left for basic training and AIT. Marty was so good to me! He would regularly check on me to make sure I was okay – in fact, other than my family he was the only person who called me every week. If I needed anything he was there for me – he changed my oil and fuel filter because I had no idea how to do it and I couldn’t afford to take it anywhere.
