Shane was born November 21, 1970 to Gary and Pam Hubbard. He was 50 years young on Tuesday March 30, 2021 when he was in a tragic semi accident.
He lived life to the fullest. Always kind, loving, caring, and selfless. He would give until he had nothing left, and still keep giving!
At a very young age, around 8 years old Shane started helping his Dad Gary in the shop. Whether it was cleaning the tools and putting them away, just to get them right back out if that’s what his Dad needed. To restoring classic cars from the ground up.
He always worked side by side with his Dad, and as Shane grew so did his knowledge for fixing things from race cars, to classic cars, and diesels.
Starting at a young age Shane loved watching his Dad race at Suntana Raceway in Springville Utah, and the Nascar circuit. Shane helped in the pit crew as soon as he was old enough. I’m pretty sure that’s were he got the love and desire to race for himself.
One of the many projects Shane built from the ground up was his ’72 burb. He would win many car show awards and burnout contests in that burb.
He loved his daughters, sons, and grandchildren immensely. And missed them awfully when they weren’t around.
Shane and Gary have been trucking side by side for 30 years. Shane and Gary could fix any and everything. Shane was one of the hardest working men you’ll ever know.
Shane also loved the outdoors, from camping, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, side by side rides, to just having a bon fire with family and friends.
Shane recently married his sole mate Nikki Lee on July 18, 2020, they completed each other. They helped one another along the way loving each other completely.
Shane was the life of any party, he made life fun for everybody. If he ever called you Waldo you knew you were loved by him. Shane was always a big ole tease!
The last 3 years Shane and Nikki spent building a legacy together and loving their family to the fullest.
He is survived by his wife Nikki Lee, parents Gary and Pam Hubbard, children Janessa (Kyle) Pace, Shayna (Danny) Vigil, Jentry Hubbard (Jace), Kinley Sage Hubbard, Jordan (Rachel) Simmons, AJ Christopherson, 5 Granddaughters, and 1 Grandson. He is also survived by his siblings Joy (Greg)Pyne, Laura (Troy)Anderson, Travis (Talene) Hubbard, and many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles and many cousins. We all love Shane very much.
