Gary Eugene Bentley passed away on March 11, 2024. Gary was born to Kenneth O and Velva Bentley on October 2, 1949. He is survived by his Mother and Four Siblings, Ron Bentley, Lonnie Bentley, Debbie Stratton, Lynette (Daren) Christensen and many Nieces and Nephews.
Gary endured many challenges in his life, but he never let them bring him down. He never had a bad word to say about anyone despite the way he was treated by some people. He was a kind and gentle person who would give anyone the shirt off his back. He drove his Mother to her daily Cancer treatments and supported her through her illness, which she overcame.
He would do anything for anyone. Gary loved to watch Jeopardy and answered almost every question right! He also loved watching Western Movies and cruising in his Car with the top down. He loved Classic Cars and was very knowledgeable about them. If this life was a test he passed with flying colors! Fly high Gary, this is not goodbye, but see you later. Forever in our Hearts.

March 15, 2024 at 1:21 pmMy grandpa Gary was always a quiet but kind man. I have few memories of him but he was always kind to me and his other grandchildren that came from his son Shane Bentley who loved him; Piper, Ryan and Missy Bentley were his grandchildren. I hope he is now happy and at peace and I hope to see him again freely someday.

March 15, 2024 at 4:12 pmGary was my dad and although I don’t have very many memories of him, what I do remember is how kind he was to my brother, Shane Bentley and I. May he rest in peace and we meet again in the clouds above when the time comes.

December 21, 2024 at 3:11 amI’m deeply saddened to hear of Gary’s passing. It was very unfortunate that I wasn’t able connect with him and my other siblings before his passing. There are many things I would like to have know about him. I will wish him well and condolences to those who loved him.
We’ll have to catch-up when our paths cross again.
