His three great grandchildren Cayson and Corey Mentor and Baylor Shireman. His brother Eric Tomlinson of Keystone Heights, FL. He also leaves a host of friends from around the United States and several lifelong friends he hunted with in the Sampson City Hunting Club who knew him best as “Wood Pile” that will always remember Frank as a straight forward man that wasn’t afraid to tell you his thoughts and opinions no matter how long the conversation lasted!

I love Frank Tomlinson. He is a lumberjack of a man! We would talk on the phone often and go to Sizzler for a late lunch, times I will always cherish. Michelle and Melissa thank you for sharing your dad with us Utah folk. May Heavens blessings be with your families at this difficult time. When my day comes to return to my heavenly home, I’m going to go looking for my true friend, Frank Tomlinson. I love you Frank. Till we meet again!

I will miss Frank a lot. He befriended me as a kid in Alaska, taught me how to ride, how to saddle up, how to care for his mules, and many lessons of life. I got to spend many hours over 3 or 4 years with Frank and his mules and loved to hear the sound of his big diesel pickup heading up the lane. He even later trusted me to take care of his beloved mules and horse, Smokey, when he went away.

Frank, thank you for being kind to a boy eager to learn, and thank you for sharing your thoughts and your knowledge with me. You are missed and I look forward to seeing you again.

I enjoyed hearing about Franks adventures. We got to know him better at occasional dinners at the Andersons home. I’m glad we got to know him. How he talked about his family was endearing. Rest in peace. Condolences to Franks family and friends.

We always spoke at church and Frank would say “it’s a Good day!” Very kind gentleman.
But my most vivid memory of Frank was the beautiful sacred day of his baptism in the river. With all in white, they gave him a wonderful baptism and the joy on his face…I will remember that forever, and the feeling of angels present. It was a monumental day for Frank of which I was privileged to witness. Prayers for his family🙏🏻
