He later married Sandy Medina, which also ended in divorce. On December 27, 2011, he married Dianne Nobriga, and they were sealed in the Payson Utah Temple.

February 27, 2026 at 3:29 amCousin Frank, we grew up together in this big crazy family of ours. Even through the bad & sad times through the years I still would chose our wonderful upbringing, especially those times at Nana’s house. Every holiday & Sunday we filled her house to the brim with music, laughing, running, playing & yes even some fighting but loved being cousins. Through the years growing families & miles apart our family bond never waivered. You should be so proud of the life you’ve created with you children & grandkids & your wife Dianne. Your sister Tina Rose will truly miss you as well as us all but you left many loved ones but know you’re rejoicing with your Mom, Dad & brother Tony. Rest in Peace Frankie….
