Our beloved daughters and sister Elyse Goodrich passed away on August 31, 2025 at the age of 48. She was born on September 27, 1976 in Denver Colorado, and from the very beginning, she filled our lives with light, laughter, and love.
Elyse lived with Rett Syndrome, a rare neurological condition. Her smile could brighten any room, and her presence brought comfort, joy, and connection to those around her. She had a way of communicating without words—through her eyes, her laughter, and the quiet strength she carried every day.
She loved music, swinging on the patio chair, Disney Movies, Coke a cola and M&M’s. Little joys we will cherish forever. She had the best laugh and would get the whole room laughing when she did.
Our angel on earth Elyse taught us more than we could ever teach her. She taught us patience and the power of love that goes beyond words. She was truly a special gift to our family.
