Our loving mother, grandmother, and sister passed away July 5, 2021, in Spanish Fork, Utah, to return to our Heavenly Father’s Home. Elouise was born April 1, 1928, to Ella Louise Murri, in Heber City, Utah. She grew up in Orem, Utah, attending schools there, graduating from Lincoln High School in 1947.
Elouise married Allen Ross Bell on May 26, 1947, in Fairview, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Manti Utah LDS Temple on October 5, 1955. Together, they raised six children in Spanish Fork: JoAnne, Barbara, Dixie, Kenneth, Ronald, and Sharon.
One of Elouise’s biggest joys was making quilts for her kids, grandkids, or whomever she thought would like one. She also enjoyed sewing for her four daughters (dressing them all alike, when they were young, and they couldn’t argue with her about it.) She created many prom dresses, wedding dresses, and bridesmaid dresses. She loved being a homemaker, but was also a business owner, with her husband, for 50 years. She enjoyed traveling with Allen to the many U.S. Navy reunions they attended.
As an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in many church auxiliaries throughout the years. She served two missions, with her husband: at the Provo Tabernacle, and at the Church Employment Center in Spanish Fork.
Elouise is survived by her children: JoAnne Ferre of Payson, Utah; Barbara Cloward of Spanish Fork, Utah; Dixie (David) Fronk of Springville, Utah; Kenneth (Sue) Bell of Salem, Utah; Ronald (Pauline) Bell of Spanish Fork, Utah; and a son-in-law, Clark Koyle of Payson, Utah; as well as 18 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Wanda Hardman Rice of Bountiful, Utah. She is preceded in death by her mother; her husband, Allen; her daughter, Sharon Bell Koyle; four brothers and three sisters; son-in-law, Frank Cloward; and great-grandson, Hudson Koyle.
Funeral service will be Friday morning, July 9, 2021, at 10 a.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Family and friends may call on Thursday evening, July 8, 2021, from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home; and also on Friday morning from 9-9:45 a.m. prior to the funeral. Interment will be at Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
The family of Elouise would like to express a special thanks to the staff at Legacy House of Spanish Fork, and to First Choice Hospice, for the attentive and loving care given our mom.

July 11, 2021 at 11:48 pmI was so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom and to know that I had missed the opportunity of greeting all of the Bell kids at the viewing and funeral service. The Terry kids have fond memories of your mom and dad and all of you. It was fun to run into your mom when I visited my mom at Legacy. She was a great lady!
