Our special son and grandson returned to Heaven, Friday afternoon, February 18, 2022. His mortal life’s body has been a challenge to him, but his happy spirit, was a gift to those who cared for and loved him.
Duane was born June 7, 1986, in Ennis, Montana, to Berta Lee Stoltz. He has spent most of his life with his grandparents, Mahdi and LaVerne Hoseinyzad, in Spanish Fork, Utah.
Duane was always smiling. He loved sitting with his grandmother and watching television. His favorite movies to watch were Lion King and Angels In The Outfield. He delighted in being surrounded by his favorite toys and stuffed animals.
He is survived by his grandparents, Mahdi and LaVerne Hoseinyzad of Spanish Fork, Utah; and his mother Berta. He is also survived by Aunt Helen Evans; Uncle Boo; and Uncle Brent Stoltz.
A funeral service for Duane will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660. Prior to the funeral, there will be a visitation from 12:45 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. Following the funeral service, interment will be at Spanish Fork City Cemetery, 420 South 400 East, Spanish Fork, Utah 84660.
