Fitzpatrick family, we are so sorry for your loss. She was a caseworker for my sister Sarah Huff. She was so good with Sarah and we always enjoyed meeting with her. I know at this time isn’t easy but you will get through this. We lost our mom in January and I’m grateful for the memories we have of her. We will be in our thoughts and prayers.
    Love,

Diana was an amazing caseworker and a beautiful person. She really cared about the people with disabilities that she supported. She had a big smile that lit up the room and an even bigger heart. I’m so glad I had the chance to know her. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Sending love,
    Shelly Goslin
