Delrae Thomas Hatch, 84, of Spanish Fork, Utah, passed away on March 28, 2020, in Mt Pleasant, Utah, from a long illness
She was born in Spanish Fork, Utah, September 8, 1935, to Del R Thomas and Ellen (Lewis) Thomas. She attended school in Spanish Fork and graduated from Spanish Fork High in 1953.
She married Rodney Ren Hatch, August 12, 1958.
Delrae enjoyed making sequined calendars and hook rugs. She spent her time doing word puzzles, coloring, talking on the phone, and writing everything down daily in her journals. She also kept an immaculately clean home.
She is survived by her two children: Janelle Hatch Nichols, of Tremonton, Utah; and Tony (Connie) Hatch, of Mount Pleasant, Utah. She has nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her infant son, her parents, husband; and one sister, Farrel Olsen.
Due to concerns with Covid-19, services for Delrae will be limited at this time. Family and close friends may visit with the family at Walker Funeral Home, 187 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2020; however, we ask that all wishing to attend, respect social distancing recommendations. Following the visitation, a graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. for immediate family, at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
