Kent was born November 29, 1963, to Wayne and Shirley Soper. He grew up in Olympia, Washington where he enjoyed spending time in the woods by his home. He enjoyed the people he worked with and made friends with many of the people on his mail route.

May 16, 2023 at 6:52 pmIt was my privilege to have had the opportunity to help care for Kent in his final days. He was a fighter, and he was committed to his family. We will miss his jovial character and his penchant for telling corny jokes. May the peace of Christ be with you, little brother.
