Brent Frost, age 56, passed away on January 15, 2022.
Born on October 1, 1965, to Darrel LaMar and Diane Frost, Brent was one of 5 children. Spending his childhood in Utah, Brent grew up hunting and fishing in the scenic mountains he called home.
Brent graduated from Spanish Fork High School and went on to work for Spanish Fork city for the parks department for 36 years.
Being a dad was one of his favorite things in the world and four lucky children got the privilege of calling him that. He was a wonderful father and loved hosting family bbq’s, baking, dancing, spending time with “club”, and taking his kids camping and grandkids out into nature. He could talk with anyone and make them feel comfortable and cared for. Brent always liked to have a project to work on. He was happiest serving those he loved.
Brent is survived by his children, Skyler (Whitney), Sydney (Tyler), Mitchell and Mikayla, his grandchildren, Gunner, Jex, Jaycie Jo, Rowdie, Quade, and Olivia. He is also survived by his mother, Diane, his brother Steven and his sisters Julie, Becky and twin sister Brenda. Brent is preceded in death by his father, Darrel LaMar Frost.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 6 until 8 in the evening at the Walker Funeral Home at 187 South Main Street in Spanish Fork. A second viewing will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022, from 9:45 until 10:45 in the morning at the Lakeshore Chapel. January 19, 2022 at 3:20 amEvery now and then, someone passes from this life that makes so many people stop, and take a very deep breath. This is because that person was such a great example of what god wanted his children to be an example of. They are honest in their dealings, hard working For their employer, true to their faith, considerate to strangers, faithful to their spouse, helpful and entertaining to their friends , respectful to their parents, and a man that every child deserves to have as a father!
Brent was an example so many of us would be better off if we would read one page from his book of life!
May God bless you my Brother, it sure was a great ride!

January 19, 2022 at 3:57 amBrent was one of those people who would stop and talk to you like you had been best friends for years. He was always asking about my family or fun vacations that we had coming up. He was always so nice and caring to everyone. Some of my greatest memories were in Scofield. If you got him out on the dance floor, there was no stopping him. He was an great fisherman, awesome cook, great friend to all and was just a good guy. He will be deeply missed. If you knew Brent, you were pretty dang lucky. Rest easy Brent.

January 19, 2022 at 5:15 amI am so sorry for your loss. Brent was only 3 months older than me. I know Brenda a little better. We all went to school together and I am a twin also. It is hard and unexpected. I am battling heart failure. My time is limited also. Sounds like Brent had a great life. So have I. I loved growing up in Spanish Fork. I pray that God will be with you all during this hard time
