Brenden Clements Livestream Broadcast

Brenden J Clements left this world for a better one on the afternoon of Wednesday, April 29th, 2026. Born on November 30, 1969, he was 56 years old, and had battled chronic pain for many years leading up to his death, which was at his home in Spanish Fork, Utah.

Brenden went by a lot of different names throughout his life, which touched so many. To his parents, he was Bren, the dangerously brilliant, physically active kid who couldn’t stay out of trouble if he tried. He had no shortage of stories about growing up with eight brothers and only one sister. Brenden was always climbing on something, pulling pranks, and generally spreading chaos and fun.

As a missionary in San Bernardino, California, he was Elder Clements. His mission was rife with adventure and spiritual experiences, from the time his companion drove their car off a cliff to the infinite lives he blessed with the gospel of Jesus Christ, which he never stopped living.

To his loving wife, Amy, he was Sweetheart. Their chemistry was instant, but their love was far more: Deep, refined by fire, and enduring, far beyond mortality. She cherished their cozy one-on-one evenings together, and loved the way his big hands perfectly fit her small ones.

Together, Brenden and Amy had five children, Rylee, McKay, Alexandria, Kimball, and Samuel, all of whom will never forget their dad’s legacy of strength, generosity, and always having at least 6-15 of whatever tool they needed to fix something. Whenever they were in a bind, from needing a ride to the airport to locking their keys in the car for the tenth time, Dad was the first one they’d call.

Brenden was the go-to fix-it guy for everyone in his extended family. His skill in building and project management was key in completing Lighthouse Dental in Idaho, where he worked closely with his brother-in-law, Mike. After many years, Brenden and Mike rekindled their close friendship.

To his students at American Leadership Academy, he was Mr. Clements, the goofy, good-looking health/biology teacher. Students flocked to his classroom during lunch. He was the toast of Spirit Week, game for anything, having the students compete for the chance to shave his head or even to make him kiss a pig. Laughter followed him everywhere.

His grandkids, Oleana, Isaac, Avalon, and Miura called him Bampa, and oh, how they adored him. They looked forward to seeing him multiple times a week, when they’d spent hours building car tracks, playing with fidget spinners and lasers, or flying kites (even in the rain). Every time they fly a kite, they’ll remember Bampa Stormfather.

Brenden was wildly creative, from his goofy made-up songs to the iconic ghost stories that still haunt his kids’ dreams. He was a reader, enjoying rich fantasy worlds which he loved to talk about with his kids. He was a handyman, always ready to lend a hand. He was a believer, with an unmatched ability to teach and share his testimony of the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. He loved to be useful, which he certainly is as he continues to work closely with the Lord, even now.

Though the veil separates Brenden from his family for a time, they look forward with joy to the day they are reunited for eternity.
