Our beautiful, brave, and unforgettable BlakeLee Sue Larsen unexpectedly passed away on August 13, 2026, just shy of her third birthday. Though her time here was far too short, BlakeLee filled every moment of her life with more personality, determination, laughter, and love than could ever be measured.
BlakeLee was the beloved daughter of Kassie Larsen and Austin Marsing and the cherished little sister of Brooklyn, RaeLee, and Hallie. She absolutely adored her sisters. The bond they shared was something special – full of love, laughter, teasing, and the kind of memories that will last forever belong only to them.
BlakeLee was a wild child in the very best way. She never stopped moving, exploring, playing, or finding a little mischief. She loved being outside and had a special love for animals. She was also a big tease, always ready to make the people around her laugh and keeping everyone on their toes.
There was nothing quiet about the way BlakeLee lived or loved. She was feisty, passionate, brave, strong, and incredibly loving. She knew what she wanted and wasn’t afraid to let you know it. Behind that wild little spirit was an enormous heart overflowing with love for her family.
BlakeLee was a fighter. She faced more in her little life than any little girl should ever have to, yet she showed everyone around her what true courage and strength looked like. Her fighting spirit was remarkable, and she remained unmistakably BlakeLee through it all- strong-willed, spirited, loving, and completely unforgettable.
She is survived by her parents, her sister, her grandparents, Warren (Cindy) Larsen, Brenda Larsen, Sandra (John) DeHaas, Vicki (Jim), Thomas, and Kim Hull; her aunts and uncles, Austin (Lacey) Larsen, Ashley Marsing, and Teesha McDonald; her six cousins; and many other family members whose lives are forever better because BlakeLee was part of them. Preceded in death by her uncle Jacob Larsen and many great-grandparents (Richard Larsen, Lois Haney, Lee Earl Jackson, and Thelma Roundy).
BlakeLee leaves behind a lifetime of love in the hearts of those who knew her. Her family will remember the teasing, the adventures, the love for animals and the outdoors, the determination, the sass, and that beautiful wild spirit that simply could not be contained.
Run wild, sweet BlakeLee. Play outside, love every animal you find, tease everyone in Heaven, and never stop being our feisty girl.
You were brave.
You were strong.
You were a fighter.
You were loved so deeply.
And you always will be.
