Becky Jo was born September 24, 1970, to Marion C. Manwill and Connie Joyce Theobald at the Payson Hospital. Her siblings were Mary Jo, Steven, Lane, and Linda Jo. She grew up in Payson and attended Payson High School.
Becky married Quinton Jones, and together, they had one child Stevie Jo, the joy of their life. They were later divorced.
Becky met Micah Rutsch through a mutual friend in the military. They married and had “sweet” Tyranie Jo. This union ended in divorce.
Becky worked at the Utah State Hospital caring for ladies with disabilities. She often spoke about how much she enjoyed “her Ladies.” Her big heart was always open to everyone, as she longed to serve others and help with those in need.
On April 22, 2022, she passed from this life to the next.
She is survived by her siblings: Mary Jo (Bob) Conder, Lane (Lori), and Linda (Thane) Twiggs.
On April 30, 2022, the family will host a viewing at 1:00 PM, followed by a life celebration at 2:00 PM. Both will be located at Walker Funeral Home, 587 South 100 West, Payson, UT 84651.
