Barbara Dawn Brown Swenson, 85, returned to her Heavenly Father on Sunday, January 5, 2020 in Springville, Utah. She was born March 22, 1934 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Owen LaMont and Claudia Nedra Fisher Brown.
Barbara was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother and will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was hard working, and she was an active member of the LDS Church.
Barbara was loved dearly by so many; her warm personality; her always positive attitude. She was the BEST listener, and she always saw the best in everyone.
She loved doing interior design on her gorgeous home. She loved birds and animals. She looked forward to attending church. Her family always came first and she loved to spend long days in her beautiful garden.
She will be so missed and never forgotten.
She is survived by her husband, Clyde Albert Swenson; two sons, Steve Sharpe, Las Vegas, NV, and Casey Sharpe, Montrose, CO; a brother, Keith Brown; and a sister, Monte Alvord; stepchildren; grandchildren; and great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 187 S. Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah. Interment will follow at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, 500 N. Main Street, Pleasant Grove, Utah.
