Audrey Brewer November 16, 1954 - October 27, 2020

Our Mom and Grandma, Audrey Estelle Brooks Brewer, 65, passed away at home in Springville, Utah.  She was born to Stanley and Susan Brooks, in Turks & Caicos, The Bahamas, on November 16, 1954.  She was married to Garrett Howard Brewer in Turks & Caicos, The Bahamas, in the 1970’s; later divorced.

Audrey lived in Montana for many years, where she worked as a housekeeper at Chico Hot Springs in Pray, Montana; then worked at Diamond K Lodge in Livingston, Montana, until she retired in 2008, to assist in raising her grandchildren.

She loved her grandchildren and spending time with them.  She was a people-person, loving to talk with others.  Everyone in her neighborhood called her “Mom”.  She enjoyed telling stories and giving advice whenever she could.  She accepted everyone just as they were.  Later in life, she really enjoyed coloring.

Audrey is survived by her children: Keisha Lightbourne, Richard (& wife, Laura) Levengood, and Garrrett H (& wife, Tanja) Brewer II; as well as seven grandchildren: Taja and Jared Bay; Alisha Brewer and Savanah Brewer; Rishy, Rose, Cole, and Devon Levengood.  Also survived by her mother, Susan Carter; and her siblings: George Garland, Thomas Wilson, Harry Ellis, Franklyn Thomas, Logan Carter, William John, Marilyn Chisholm, Inethe John, Cynara John.  Additionally survived by her ex-husband, Garrett H Brewer, and sister-in-law, Arlie Brewer.  Audrey is preceded in death by her father, Stanley Brooks, and some of her siblings.
