Charlotte Ann Nordberg Osborn, 83, passed away peacefully on April 13, 2026. Ann was born on June 23, 1942, the beloved and long-awaited only child of Carl and Rae Nordberg. Raised in Sugarhouse, she graduated from Highland High School in 1960 before attending the University of Utah. It was there she earned her degree in education and fell in love with Wally Osborn; the two were married in the Salt Lake Temple in July 1964.
Ann and Wally settled in Spanish Fork, Utah, where they raised their four children and supported the community. A dedicated educator, Ann spent 35 years teaching kindergarten and second grade in the Nebo School District. With her patience and kindness, she taught and influenced many children.
Ann lived a life of quiet service. Whether through her various church callings, serving in the Provo and Payson temples alongside Wally, or simply writing a thoughtful note to a friend. She had a natural gift for ministering to others.
Though she was raised as an only child, Ann took great pride in the large, loving family she built. She is survived by her children: Wil (Traci), Andy (Porsche), Amy (Joey), and Nicole (Ben), as well as 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Wally, in 2019. After years of missing him dearly, her family finds comfort in knowing they are reunited and watching over them together.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 18th at the Spanish Fork 6th ward meeting house. 585 North Main, Spanish Fork, Utah. Beginning at 11:00 AM with a visitation from 9:30-10:45. Interment will be in the Wasatch Lawn Cemetery, Salt Lake City, Utah on Monday April 20th 11:00 AM.

I am so sorry for the loss of your Mom and my dear friend. Ann was a wonderful volunteer at Mountain View Hospital and it was my privilege to get to know and work alongside her. She was so much fun and played the piano beautifully. I loved her cute personality. My deepest sympathy. Love you Ann. Until we meet again. ❤️

April 16, 2026 at 8:33 pmSincerest condolences to Amy and family. It is hard to lose a beloved parent.
I knew the classy Ann Osborn as a fellow Ward member.
I enjoyed the few visits I had with Ann. She had the cutest, comfiest basement apartment and she always seemed to have the latest book club book, come follow me manual or scriptures nearby. She is a lovely person and I rejoice in her springtime arrival to the Spirit World.
