Adam was a natural artist. His many sketchbooks were filled with comicĀ book characters and angels. He sculpted, painted, and could even create a masterpiece with a Ziploc bag and Sharpies. He assembled incredible costume pieces for his favorite holiday, Halloween. He was storyteller, using his body, facial expressions, and voice to give life to his tales. His many talents live on in his three sons, Dylan Adam (17), Ezra Daniel (13) and Eoin Dale Humphrey.
Adam was beyond proud of his sons. Each of them are so different and capture the best parts of who Adam was. Dylan, with his big heart; Ezra, the most enthusiastic helper; and Eoin, an old sensitive soul.
Adam’s true laugh was rare, but when it happened it didn’t just light up a room; it lit up the region. He was a font of movie trivia knowledge. He loved music, particularly epic movie soundtracks and metal. He was goofy and funny, and he gave the best nicknames.
He will be missed by all those who were lucky enough to see beneath the tough exterior.
