Marc Alan Lowham, 60, beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, passed away on March 5, 2021. He was born July 14, 1960, in Evanston, Wyoming, to Keith and Marnay Lowham.
Marc was born and raised in Wyoming and attended Moorcroft High School. He married Jan Argyle in 1981; together, they had three sons: Wesley, KC, and Matthew. They later divorced. He married Lorraine Maestas in 2006 in Salem, Utah. They shared 15 happy, wonderful years together. Lorraine was Marc’s sweetheart, he loved and cared for her as she did the same for him.
Marc loved to work in his yard and took pride in maintaining it. He had a love for hunting and enjoyed doing it with sons and grandkids. He enjoyed fishing, going on rides in his side by side, and camping with his family and friends. Marc took a lot of pride in keeping his vehicles immaculate to the point that he was teased if there was ever any dirt on them. He loved his western shows, his favorite one being The Rifleman. His family knew him always to be wearing his blue Wrangler jeans and his crisp white t-shirt. Everything he owned had a place, and he always knew right where it was, he was known for his neatness.
Marc always had a strong work ethic and instilled that in his sons. He worked as a rancher, truck driver, heavy equipment operator, diesel mechanic and most recently worked as a mechanic at Tischner Ford in Santaquin, Utah.
Marc is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine; his five sons and two daughters: Wesley (Emily), KC (LeAnn), Matthew (Brittney), Alishia (Lonnie), Matt Barker, Lacy (Dave), and Chance Barker; his sister Starla and a brother Luke, and 17 grandkids. He is preceded in death by both his parents: Keith and Jeanette Lowham and Marnay and Edy Yeaman; siblings Tammy Jackson and Wesley Lowham; in-laws Joe and Rachel Maestas.
Marc was a handsome man with a great smile. He loved his family and loved to help them anyway he could. He was always so proud to hear of his grandkid’s accomplishments. Marc will be deeply missed by all of his family. Until we meet again.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021, at 11:00 A.M. at Payson City Cemetery. Close friends and family are invited to attend.

March 11, 2021 at 7:06 amWe used to work together in Evanston in 1982. Used to pick up Granny in Evanston and drop her off at Ed and Marnays house. Then I would stay at Marc and Jans house in Spanish Fork. Marc was a good friend. I spoke to Marc about 6 months ago on telephone. He commented about my luck on my hunting in South Texas. Lorraine, I am very sorry for your loss. My name is Morris Ferrell Jr., In White Oak, Texas. Marc and others would call me by my nickname of—Moose. Marc will be missed.
